Shipping Policy
At RelaxaMedicare, we promise to send prescription drugs, over-the-counter medicines, vitamins, and other medical necessities safely, correctly, and on time. The Shipping Policy tells you how to process, verify, ship, and serve orders all over the United States. We strictly follow tight rules to make sure we are following all federal and state pharmaceutical shipping rules. These rules cover things like how to handle controlled substances, medications that need to be kept at a certain temperature, and products that can only be bought with a prescription.
All orders made on the RelaxaMedicare website are subject to this Shipping Policy.
1. Order Processing & Verification
Your safety is the most important thing to us at RelaxaMedicare. Before they leave our building, all orders are checked and filled in a number of steps.
1.1 Processing Time
After you place your order, it goes into our system for processing. Processing times are usually between 24 and 48 hours, excluding government holidays and weekends. Prescription drugs, on the other hand, may take longer because the doctor has to verify them.

Orders that include prescription drugs need to be reviewed by our qualified pharmacy team.

2. Shipping Options & Delivery Times
We are proud to ship medicines and health items all over the United States, even to Alaska and Hawaii. Delivery times depend on where you live, the shipping method you choose, and the service.
2.1 Standard Shipping

- Available for prescription and OTC orders
2.2 Expedited Shipping
- Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days
- Ideal for time-sensitive medications
2.3 Overnight Shipping
- Available for some items that qualify
- Verification of the prescription must be done before the deadline.
- Availability may change based on where you live and the type of drug.
2.4 Temperature-Sensitive Medications
Certain medications require specialised packaging such as insulated containers or gel packs.
These packages are:
- Using cold-chain standards, they are packed safely.
- Ship only Monday–Thursday to prevent weekend delays
- May have to pay more for shipping
3. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are determined at checkout based on:
- Package size and weight
- Address for delivery
- Shipping method selected
- Whether cold-chain packaging is needed
RelaxaMedicare sometimes has deals where qualified orders get free shipping. Temperature-controlled or oversized items do not qualify for free shipping unless stated otherwise.
4. Order Tracking & Notifications
When your order ships, you’ll get:

- A number for tracking
- A straight link to keep track of your package
You can also check your RelaxaMedicare account at any time to see where your package is.
The shipping company controls tracking updates, and they may be delayed during busy times or bad weather.
5. Shipping Restrictions
Because of state and federal rules, some medicines, especially controlled substances, might not be sent to certain states or ZIP codes. Our team will let you know about any restrictions before they process your payment.
We aren’t able to send medicines to:
- PO boxes that only need signatures for deliveries
- International places (only shipping within the United States)
- Forwarders of freight
- Not verified or full addresses
6. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
To prevent delays:
- Please double-check your shipping address during checkout.
- If an address correction is needed, contact us immediately.
If your order has not shipped, we can update the Address.
If it has already been dispatched, RelaxaMedicare is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional fees incurred due to incorrect information.
7. Delivery Issues & Failed Delivery Attempts
In some cases, carriers may require a signature especially for high-value or controlled medications.
If the delivery fails because:
- You were unavailable
- The Address was invalid
- The carrier could not obtain the required signature
The package may be returned to us.
Reshipment fees may apply.
8. Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages
8.1 Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please get in touch with us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and product.
We will investigate and provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.
8.2 Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked Delivered by the carrier, RelaxaMedicare is no longer responsible for theft or loss.
If your package is missing:
- Verify the delivery address
- Check with neighbours or building staff
- Contact the carrier
We can assist in filing a claim.
8.3 Incorrect Items Received
If you received the wrong item, notify us within 48 hours, and we will correct the issue promptly.
9. Delivery Delays
Although we strive to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to:
- Weather conditions
- Carrier issues
- Holidays
- Verification delays
- Supply shortages
RelaxaMedicare is not liable for delivery delays outside our control.
